DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

Please note, books and other items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty. We use Royal Mail for deliveries. In the event of non-delivery, we will take up the problem with Royal Mail before we are able to refund your payment. Once we have been assured that the product was/was not delivered in accordance with their policies, any undelivered orders will be made good. Please do not place orders with Treasure Chest Books if you do not agree to these conditions. Books sold on this website may also be ordered from Amazon and various other websites.If you wish to buy books from other sites and want them signed, please contact us for details of where to send your stamped addressed envelope for a signed label. Provided you send a stamped addressed envelope, there will be no charge for this service.
